BBC TV’s Dragons’ Den star and businessman, Theo Paphitis, is the proud possessor of several personalised number plates, including LA53 NZA and T1 HEO. These registrations, which are used for promotional purposes and to add that personal touch, are exclusive and look really elegant. Flashy or decorative fonts are not allowed on Car Registration Plates, and only UK national flags are allowable: any other symbols, such as soccer team logos or religious symbols may not be displayed on private car number plates. The only variant font allowed on cherished number plates (such as RSJ 1) as an option by the regulations is a 3D version of the standard font.
